A: Yes! Content is mobile-friendly and can be completed directly from the app. Please ensure a stable internet connection for the best experience
Q: Can I disable notifications through the app?
A: Yes. After you log in, tap your profile pic in the top right corner, then the gear icon also in the top right to open your settings, then go to Notifications. You will have the option here to enable/disable both email notifications and push notifications.
Q: If I start something on my desktop, does the progress follow me to the app?
A: Yes it does. Pathway and content progression will follow you regardless of which device you are using.
Q: Can I activate my account or reset my password via the app?
A: Yes. You can use the same "Forgot Password" or "Activate my account" features that you would use on the desktop version.
