Q; How can I mark content as complete?
A: Most content is marked as complete automatically once you've viewed it. However, for some content, you may need to click a confirmation button to indicate that you’ve read and understood the material.
Q: How do I track my learning progress?
A: Go to your Learn page (Learn > Overview) to view completed content, content in progress, and any assigned learning. Progress is also shown within Pathways.
Q: Can I re-complete or reset a course or Pathway?
A: This depends on how your organisation has configured the content. In many cases, you can re-access and re-complete content, but you may not be able to reset your completion status.
Q: How do I flag a piece of content?
A: Find the content you wish to flag and then click the "FLAG" icon on the right hand side under the content window.
Q: Why has a learner's pathway progress not updated?
A: The progress of a Pathway is calculated when the learner views the Pathway page. If a piece of content has been completed without viewing the Pathway first and not within the context of the Pathway, this will not be communicated to the Pathway and the progress will not be updated until the learner next views the Pathway.
